Abreu advises Global Difusion on the acquisition of two radios
Abreu Advogados has counselled Global Difusion on the acquisition of Linear and Majorca radios
Global Difusion SGPS portfolio already includes, among others, Record FM, Rádio Pernes, Rádio Sem Fronteiras, Kiss FM, and Rádio Clube de Gaia. With this acquisition, the company reinforces its position as one of the broadcasting leaders in Portugal.
The two transactions were coordinated by Abreu Advogados TMT partner Martim Menezes (pictured), in a multidisciplinary team of Commercial, Corporate and M&A, Intellectual Property and Information Technology, and Competition, Regulation and European Union areas that involved partner Inês Sequeira Mendes, associated partner Tiago Leote Cravo, associates Sílvia Bessa Venda and Pedro Tavares Pereira and legal executive Rui Gonçalves.
