Abreu advises ABNSouza on JV creation with Vanguard
Abreu Advogados has advised ABNSouza on the creation of a joint venture with Vanguard to launch the first affiliate of The Corcoran Group, a US luxury real estate brokerage, in Portugal. The new company, Everstone, was created to respond to the strong growth of Portugal’s premium and luxury residential market, particularly the rising demand from US buyers in the country.
Abreu Advogados’ work supported the entire company incorporation process, including the drafting, negotiation and execution of the bylaws and shareholders’ agreement, as well as other contracts and documents. The firm collaborated with another law firm throughout the process, including the notification to the Competition Authority.
