Abdón Pedrajas Littler at the signing of Primaprix’s LGTBIQ+ Equality and Diversity Plan

The labour law firm Abdón Pedrajas Littler, which specialises in labour law, has successfully led the negotiation and signing of the LGTBIQ+ Equality and Diversity Plan, as well as the Protocol for the Prevention and Action against Harassment and Violence against LGTBIQ+ People at the company Primaprix with the trade union Fetico.

With this signing, Primaprix continues to advance in the implementation of policies aligned with the highest regulatory and social standards in terms of diversity, equality and non-discrimination.

The negotiation was led by the Abdón Pedrajas Littler team formed by María Orio (partner), Javier Thibault (of counsel/consultant) and Teresa Trigueros (senior associate), reaffirming the firm’s position as a leader in strategic advice on the negotiation of equality, diversity and inclusive policies in large organisations. Primaprix was represented by Trinidad Jiménez and María Jesús de La O, as employee representatives, and Paula Sapisochin, head of Human Resources. Finally, Joaquín Rodríguez, advisor to the Trade Union Section, Andrea Rodríguez Illescas, from the legal department, and Antonio Pérez, general secretary, spoke on behalf of Fetico.
