A&R advises Nexxus on the acquisition of a stake in Maresa Logística

Acebo & Rubio has advised Nexxus Iberia, a private equity firm, on its agreement to the acquisition of a stake in Martín e Hijos, S.L. (Maresa Logística)

Maresa Logística is a logistic group which offers a global shipping service, including storage, distribution and logistics services, along with urgent cargo and courier services.

Acebo & Rubio advised Nexxus Iberia on the acquisition and several company law points. The team was led by senior partner Roberto Benito (pictured) and included María Cruz Casas.
