CMS Portugal advises Atlas Copco on Iberoair buy
CMS Portugal advised the Atlas Copco Group on the acquisition of the operating assets of Iberoair, a company based in Águeda that supplies compressed air equipment and associated services. The transaction strengthens the group’s presence in Portugal and widens its service offering in the compressed air sector.
Iberoair serves a broad range of industrial clients, particularly in the ceramics, metalworking and light manufacturing sectors in Portugal’s Central region.
The Atlas Copco Group, originally from Sweden, offers compressed air and vacuum solutions, energy solutions, industrial and dewatering pumps, industrial power tools, and assembly and machine vision solutions.
