Pérez-Llorca advises SwissLife on two hotel buys
Pérez-Llorca advised SwissLife on the legal aspects of its acquisition of the Roquetas Hotel and the Lloret de Mar Hotel from Global Decumano. The firm also handled the new lease agreements for both hotels with Pierre et Vacances.
Pérez-Llorca’s work covered the legal due diligence on both assets. It also drafted and negotiated the sale and purchase deeds signed with Global Decumano for each hotel.
Alongside the acquisitions, the firm advised SwissLife on negotiating, drafting and executing new lease agreements with Pierre et Vacances for the Roquetas and Lloret de Mar properties.
