Andorra issues €500M sustainable bond: advisors
A&O Shearman has advised the Principality of Andorra on the update of its €1.2 billion EMTN programme and the subsequent €500 million international sustainable bond issuance, alongside Cases Lacambra as Andorran counsel.
From A&O Shearman, the team was composed of partner Charles Poole-Warren and senior associate Alvaro Rojo Santos.
On Cases Lacambra’s side, matter was led by Miguel Cases (partner) and Elena Muñoz (senior associate) both from the Financial Services team.
