Ontier advises FGH Actual on Auxitel sale to Goros
Ontier in Spain has advised FGH Actual on the sale of a majority stake in its subsidiary Auxitel to Goros Investment. Auxitel operates in the defense, aerospace, telecommunications, rail, transportation and energy sectors, with active projects spanning Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
The transaction is expected to support Auxitel in doubling its size over the coming years, according to the firm.
