O&C advises Grupo ATS on student housing sale
Ortego & Cameno advised Grupo ATS, a real estate investment group led by Artists Transforming Society, in the sale of 100% of the shares of The House of Artists Community. The divested company’s main asset is a student residence located in Madrid’s Barrio de Salamanca, an area known for high demand in academic residential accommodation, with capacity for up to 80 residents.
The transaction is described as part of Grupo ATS’s strategy of identifying, developing and rotating real estate assets in segments experiencing strong demand, capitalising on current activity in the student housing market across Spanish cities.
