Uría Menéndez advises Digi Spain Telecom on €287M IPO
Uría Menéndez has advised Digi Spain Telecom, as issuer, and its sole shareholder Digi Romania, as selling shareholder, on the company’s initial public offering and listing on the Spanish stock exchange.
The transaction comprised a combined offering of newly issued and existing shares for a total amount of €287 million. Of this figure, €150 million corresponded to a capital increase by Digi Spain Telecom, while €137 million came from the sale of shares by Digi Romania.
The offering may be increased by up to an additional €43 million, reaching a total size of €330 million, should the over-allotment option granted by Digi Romania to the underwriting syndicate be fully exercised.
The IPO represents the second listing on Spain’s Continuous Market in 2026 and is the largest public offering completed in the Spanish market so far this year. The transaction marks a significant milestone for Digi Spain, one of the country’s fastest-growing telecommunications operators, and provides additional resources to support its continued expansion.
