JPAB advises CC Energia on €3M C2 Capital deal
Portuguese law firm JPAB – José Pedro Aguiar Branco Advogados has advised CC Energia on a €3 million minority investment by C2 Capital Partners in the company’s share capital. CC Energia provides integrated services in energy transition and corporate decarbonisation, including strategic consulting, energy diagnosis and management, engineering, digitalisation, operational optimisation and ESG alignment.
The transaction will allow CC Energia to strengthen its team, increase execution capacity, expand its commercial presence and accelerate growth in the Iberian market, while also developing higher value-added services focused on reducing energy consumption, carbon emissions and operational costs, states the law firm.
C2 Capital Partners is a private equity firm with investments in the technology, innovation and sustainability sectors.
The JPAB team was led by Ramiro Matos, of counsel and coordinator of the firm’s corporate and M&A department.
