Andrés Bosch joins BDO Deal Advisory as tech head

BDO Deal Advisory has appointed Andrés Bosch Alamar as head of the technology sector, covering the Spanish market.

Bosch brings more than a decade of experience in M&A, corporate development and capital raising, with a focus on transactions linked to the technology sector. His career began in finance and innovation project management, including work on European R&D initiatives. Throughout his professional path, he has worked on deals involving software, SaaS, tech services and deep tech companies, both in Iberia and in international markets.

Most recently, Bosch served as M&A director for Iberia at TH Global Capital, where he led sell-side technology transactions in Spain and Portugal. He has also held positions at Arcano-BlueBull and Zeleros, where he was involved in M&A processes, fundraising, investment and corporate development for high-growth technology companies.

Bosch holds a degree in Economics from the University of Valencia and an MBA from IE Business School, with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Business Strategy.

Strategic rationale

Juan Vega de Seoane, partner responsible for M&A at BDO Deal Advisory, said “the appointment reinforces Deal Advisory’s presence in the technology sector and its positioning in the Levante region, adding that Bosch’s experience in M&A operations linked to technology companies will allow the firm to respond to demand for specialized advisory services in this type of transaction”.
