The transaction involves the acquisition of Pons Consultores Registrales by Servinform, with Pinsent Masons acting on the seller side, representing the company’s shareholders throughout the process. The combination of the two businesses is expected to broaden the range of services Servinform can offer to clients in the financial services space.
