Eversheds Sutherland advises Penguin Random House
Eversheds Sutherland has advised Penguin Random House on the acquisition of Grupo Saída de Emergência, a Portuguese publishing group that owns the Saída de Emergência, Chá das Cinco and Desassossego imprints. The transaction allows Penguin Random House to strengthen its presence in the Portuguese market and expand its catalogue in genres such as fantasy, science fiction, horror, thriller, romance and historical fiction.
