Eversheds Sutherland advises on Ñaming sale
Eversheds Sutherland Spain has advised Green Arrow Capital and Unigrains Iberia on the sale of Ñaming, a Spanish manufacturer of sandwiches and ready-made meals, to Palacios Alimentación, a company controlled by a consortium of investors led by JB Capital.
According to press reports, the transaction value ranges between €80 million and €112 million. Palacios Alimentación operates in the ready meals and bakery sectors, while Ñaming has built its business around the production of sandwiches and prepared meals for the Spanish market.

The Eversheds Sutherland Spain team was led by Ignacio Balañá de Eguía, partner in corporate M&A, together with Diego Muro Matoses and María Tornero Campa, both of the corporate M&A practice. The tax aspects of the deal were handled by Antonio Cuellar and Jaime Gordillo, while competition matters were overseen by Crisanto Perez-Abad and Alberto Pérez.
