Cases Lacambra names Ramírez de Dorado partner

Cases Lacambra has appointed Felipe Ramírez de Dorado as partner to lead its Real Estate & Urban Planning practice in Spain. 

Ramírez de Dorado advises on the full spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, financing and refinancing, joint ventures, sale-and-leaseback transactions and cross-border investments. His practice spans asset classes such as offices, retail, logistics, industrial, residential and hospitality. Throughout his career, he has acted for investment funds, institutional investors, REITs, financial institutions, pension funds and family offices on real estate transactions in the Spanish market.

The profile

Before joining Cases Lacambra, Ramírez de Dorado practised at international law firms and completed a secondment with a London-based firm. Most recently, he served as legal and compliance director for the Spanish hotel platform of a global investment firm.

Ramírez de Dorado holds a Law degree from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and an LL.M. in International Business Law from ESADE Business School. Alongside his legal practice, he lectures on professional legal training programmes at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and ISDE.
