EY Abogados advises M7 Real Estate on €181M deal
EY Abogados has acted as tax adviser to M7 Real Estate in the acquisition of 13 prime logistics assets valued at €181 million, in a cross-border transaction spanning Spain, the United Kingdom, and Luxembourg.
The operation is structured around two separate transactions: the first covers the purchase of 12 logistics assets located in Madrid and Barcelona, while the second focuses on an urban logistics park in the south of Madrid. EY Abogados’ scope of work included tax and financial due diligence, tax structuring of the transaction, drafting of the tax and financial clauses of the share purchase agreement (SPA), and the preparation of the financial model.
