Hogan Lovells advises Gmp on AstraZeneca HQ deal
Hogan Lovells’ Real Estate practice has advised Gmp Property SOCIMI on the acquisition of AstraZeneca’s Spanish corporate headquarters, a next-generation office complex located in Las Tablas, Madrid, covering approximately 20,000 square metres.
The asset, regarded as a reference building in Madrid’s new-generation office market, was acquired by Gmp as part of its ongoing strategy of investing in high-quality assets in established locations. The transaction strengthens Gmp’s prime office portfolio in the Madrid market.
