Martínez-Echevarría absorbs Núcleo Abogados
Martínez-Echevarría has integrated Núcleo Abogados, a firm specialising in business law with a track record in advising companies, family groups, and investors.
The move brings founding partners Miguel Espinós and Antonio Pérez-Maura, together with their professional team, into the firm’s ranks.
The profiles
Miguel Espinós specialises in commercial law, with broad experience in corporate and company matters, including serving as non-director secretary and deputy secretary of boards of directors of capital companies. His practice covers M&A transactions and structural modifications, investment agreements, shareholders’ pacts, and contract law at both domestic and international level, including commercial distribution and financing agreements. Prior to co-founding Núcleo Abogados, he held positions at Cepsa (now Moeve), Allen & Overy, and KPMG.
Antonio Pérez-Maura specialises in tax law, with extensive experience in recurring tax advisory for companies and family estates. His practice encompasses M&A transactions and structural modifications, tax litigation, and large estate planning. Before co-founding Núcleo Abogados, he worked at the Fiat Group and Bufete Barrilero, and was responsible for opening Núcleo Abogados’ office in the United Arab Emirates.
