Roca Junyent advises CLCircular on financing round
Roca Junyent has advised CLCircular on the structuring and closing of its second financing round, in which SETT Spain – Spanish Society for Technological Transformation participated as a State instrument to foster technological innovation.
The transaction was carried out through a two-stage structure: in the first phase, a capital increase of over €1 million was completed, backed by existing shareholders — founders, Easo Ventures and Suma Capital — together with the entry of BYTEK smart solutions, a company specialising in digital transformation and advanced technological solutions.
Subsequently, and subject to the successful completion of the initial phase, a second capital increase of close to €1 million was completed, fully subscribed by SETT. The investment aims to strengthen Spain’s technological and industrial capabilities within the European context.
