CMS Portugal advises Atland Voisin on €20M living acquisition

CMS Portugal has advised Atland Voisin on the acquisition of four senior living residences located in Braga, Santarém, Leiria and Coimbra, in a sale and leaseback transaction valued at approximately €20 million.

The four residences were acquired by two funds managed by Atland Voisin through a sale and leaseback structure, which required extensive legal and operational preparation to ensure the continuity of the underlying operations. CMS Portugal provided legal support across all phases of the project, covering legal due diligence, the establishment of Portuguese branches, and assistance with the negotiation of all transaction documents.
