BDO advises Nazca Capital on acquisition of Grupo Oesía’s
BDO Abogados has advised Nazca Capital on the acquisition of a minority stake in Grupo Oesía through its aerospace and defence fund, marking a strategic transaction in the Spanish security and defence sector.
The deal was supported by BDO’s Corporate/M&A and Public/Regulatory teams, working alongside Nazca Capital’s in-house legal counsel, led by Catalina Chabaulz.

The BDO legal advisory team included Álvaro Marco Asencio, Pablo García-Manzano, Mariano Núñez-Samper Marcet, and Marta Lanzas Iniesta. The tax due diligence was led by Fernando Muñoz del Campo, while Lorena Barrera Méndez was responsible for labour due diligence.
