Dower advises C2 Capital on Adventech enter

Dower Law Firm has advised C2 Capital Partners on its entry into the share capital of Adventech, a Portuguese company specialising in technological solutions for industrial wastewater and gaseous effluent treatment, in a €3 million investment transaction.

The transaction will enable Adventech to accelerate its growth strategy, strengthen its research and development capabilities, and consolidate its position in the Portuguese market for complex industrial effluent treatment, states Dower. The investment is directed at three strategic growth areas: reinforcing Adventech’s position in the Portuguese market, strengthening its management structure and specialist technical teams, and establishing a new Research and Development laboratory to drive technological innovation.

Founded in 2008, Adventech develops integrated environmental engineering solutions, covering the full value chain — from laboratory characterisation and pilot testing through to the engineering, construction and operation of treatment facilities. The company operates in highly regulated sectors, including pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical and agro-industrial.
