Across Legal advises Orbio AI on €18M Series A funding round

Across Legal has advised Orbio AI, a Spanish startup specialising in artificial intelligence applied to human resources management, on the closing of a Series A funding round totalling €18 million. The round was led by Dawn Capital, a European investor focused on B2B enterprise software, with participation from Visionaries VC, Plus Partners and Enzo Ventures — all of whom had backed the company in its previous round.

Orbio AI was built to help HR teams improve efficiency, enhance decision-making and maximise strategic impact through artificial intelligence. The platform combines automation, advanced data analytics and round-the-clock availability to address key HR challenges including talent scarcity, high staff turnover and the growing need for data-driven decisions.

With this new injection of capital, Orbio AI has raised more than USD 28 million in total since its founding in the summer of 2025. The proceeds will be used to accelerate international expansion through the creation of operational hubs in markets where the company is already present, as well as to develop new AI agents capable of covering the full employee lifecycle — from talent attraction and selection through to professional development, retention and employee engagement.
