Fils advises Theker Robotics on €73.7M Series A funding round

Fils has advised Theker Robotics, a Spanish company specialising in robotics and artificial intelligence applied to industrial environments, in a Series A funding round worth €73.7 million.

The round was led by CRV and attracted participation from Samsung, LVMH, Cathay Innovation, 20VC, Henkel Ventures, Korelya and Bright Pixel Capital, alongside continued backing from existing shareholders including Inditex, Kfund, Kibo Ventures, Itnig and other strategic investors.

Theker Robotics will deploy the funds to accelerate the rollout of its robotic solutions in industrial settings, strengthen the development of its AI-based technology platform, and expand its engineering, software and operations teams. The company, founded by Carla Gómez Cano and Jiaqiang Ye Zhu, develops generalist robots capable of adapting to changing industrial environments without the need for manual reprogramming.
