Pérez-Llorca advises Sancus Capital on Hotei deal
Pérez-Llorca has advised Sancus Capital on two related transactions involving Hotei Properties: the purchase of Castlelake’s 49% stake in the Spanish SOCIMI and the launch of a tender offer (OPA) targeting full ownership of the company.
The operation involved Sancus Capital acquiring Castlelake’s 49% shareholding in Hotei Properties, followed by a public tender offer aimed at reaching 100% of the SOCIMI’s capital.
The team
Pérez-Llorca fielded a multidisciplinary team spanning its Corporate and Tax practices.
