Fedele & Partners launches in Spain
Italian law firm Fedele & Partners has officially launched in Spain with the inauguration of its new offices in Barcelona and Madrid, during an event held at 1881 per Sagardi in Barcelona that brought together entrepreneurs, private equity representatives and professionals from the Iberian financial sector. The expansion forms part of the firm’s internationalisation strategy, launched in 2025 with the opening of its Dubai office, according to managing partner Vincenzo Fedele, as exclusively antecipated by Iberian Lawyer (click to read).
Under the leadership of partner Marco Bertaso, the initial Spanish team comprises eight lawyers and three local partners based in Barcelona and Madrid: Bernardo Martinez, with offices at Calle Fortuny 19 in Madrid, and Andrea Accardo and Tommaso Foschi (LGC), based in Barcelona at Carrer de Provença 290.
“This was not merely a celebratory moment, but the first concrete step in an ambitious project: to build strong and lasting relationships in the Spanish market, bringing our expertise in banking and financial law, debt recovery, and the management of NPEs and distressed portfolios,” the firm stated.
The event was attended by managing partner Vincenzo Fedele, partner Marco Bertaso, partners Luigi De Carlo and Arturo Russo, of counsel Giuseppe Cavallaro and Andrea Saccomanno, as well as local partners Bernardo Martinez, Andrea Accardo and Tommaso Foschi, alongside local entrepreneurs and investment funds.
