Clifford Chance advises UCB on IMIDomics deal
Clifford Chance has advised UCB, a biopharmaceutical company focused on immunology and neurology, has completed the acquisition of the IMIDomics Patient Insight Business, a curated patient data platform developed by IMIDomics, a biotechnology company specialising in immune-mediated inflammatory diseases.
The platform, built over many years through a global clinical network supported by the Vall d’Hebron Institute of Research (VHIR) in Barcelona, encompasses clinical information, biological samples and multi-omics datasets.
