Broseta advises Miriad Global on Insyte deal
Broseta has advised Miriad Global, a company within the Funditec group, on its acquisition of Insyte, a firm specialising in the manufacture and integration of electronics for the defence, aeronautics, rail and naval sectors.
The acquisition gives Miriad Global enhanced capabilities in electronics, mission-critical equipment and embedded artificial intelligence systems oriented towards the manufacture of unmanned platforms, states Broseta. As part of the broader strategic development, the company is set to open a new facility in San Fernando de Henares, where it will present its industrial capabilities and the prototype of the Taurus unmanned ground vehicle, developed entirely in Spain to meet the needs of the armed forces.
