Uría Menéndez has advised Providence Equity Partners on the acquisition of Synergym by VivaGym, marking a further add-on transaction in Providence’s ongoing consolidation strategy for the fitness and wellness sector across Spain and Portugal. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
