RCD advises Re-pot market on sale to Le Fourgon
RCD has advised Re-pot market, a company specialised in reusable packaging solutions and operating within a zero-waste consumption model, on its sale to French company Le Fourgon.
The transaction marks Le Fourgon’s entry into the Spanish market. Re-pot market has established itself as a relevant player in the development of returnable packaging systems.
