Pérez-Llorca advises Engie on Ignis acquisition
Pérez-Llorca has advised Engie España on the acquisition of Grupo Ignis’s energy supply business targeting small and medium-sized enterprises. The deal expands Engie’s commercial footprint in the Spanish energy retail sector.
The transaction involves the transfer of Ignis’s SME-focused energy supply operations to Engie España.
The team
