Linklaters advises banks on Blackstone’s CIRSA ABB
Linklaters has advised the banking syndicate on the accelerated bookbuilt offering by Blackstone of a 4.2% stake in the share capital of CIRSA Enterprises.
The transaction involved the placement of a minority equity stake through an accelerated bookbuilding process, enabling the swift disposal of shares to institutional investors and efficient price discovery within a compressed execution timetable.
Blackstone acted as the selling shareholder in the transaction, which forms part of its ongoing portfolio management strategy. The banks advised by Linklaters supported the execution of the offering and the coordination of the placement process in the capital markets deal.
