Cuatrecasas advises Engel on Roegele acquisition
Cuatrecasas has advised Engel on the acquisition of its commercial partner Roegele, a transaction that reinforces the Austrian injection molding machine manufacturer’s presence in Spain.
The acquisition allows Engel to consolidate its operations in the Spanish market by integrating its long-standing commercial partner. The transaction encompasses Roegele’s existing client base, technical infrastructure, and commercial operations in Spain.
