CMS Portugal advises Vinci Energies on the acquisition of AMT

CMS Portugal has advised Vinci Energies Portugal on the acquisition of AMT – Consulting, a Portuguese company specialising in human capital management and enterprise resource planning) solutions and a benchmark in SAP solutions, including SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba and S/4HANA.

Founded in 2006, AMT Consulting has a prominent position within the SAP ecosystem in Portugal with its 245 employees with offices in Lisbon, Porto, Funchal and Ponta Delgada.

The multidisciplinary team at CMS Portugal that advised on this operation was led by partner Francisco Xavier de Almeida (pictured) and managing associate David Apolónia, with support from Miguel Santos Ferreira and Rita Guerra Alves, all from the corporate M&A practice area.
