PLMJ on Yael Foundation’s acquisition of Impala Building

PLMJ has advised Yael Foundation on the acquisition of the Impala Building, headquarters of Grupo Impala in Portugal.

The transaction was led by partner Ricardo Reigada Pereira, co-head of the firm’s Real Estate and Tourism practice, with the participation of coordinating associate Hélder Santos Correia and associate Miguel André Martins.

Following the acquisition, Yael Foundation plans to develop an educational infrastructure in Portugal. The Impala Building has approximately 15,000 square metres of built area.
