Broseta advises on Funditec and Fagor robotics jv
Broseta has advised Funditec Intelligence and Fagor Arrasate on the creation of Primus Robotics, a joint venture focused on the design, development and manufacturing of industrial humanoid robots in Europe.
The new company, owned 50% by each partner, aims to develop robotic solutions incorporating artificial intelligence for use in industrial environments requiring high levels of precision, safety and operational capacity.
The project combines Funditec’s expertise in artificial intelligence applied to autonomous systems with Fagor Arrasate’s capabilities in engineering, industrial automation and advanced manufacturing.
