ClarkeModet appoints Álvaro Ramos as head of national business for Iberia
ClarkeModet has appointed Álvaro Ramos as director of national business for Iberia, entrusting him with the commercial strategy and operations of the firm across Spain and Portugal.
From his new role, Ramos will oversee business development in both markets, with a mandate to accelerate domestic growth and identify new commercial opportunities in two of the group’s core jurisdictions.
The profile
A lawyer specialised in new technologies, blockchain, data protection, and intellectual and industrial property, Ramos brings more than 25 years of experience advising companies on the management of intangible assets.
He joined ClarkeModet in 2018 after more than 17 years at Abril Abogados, and has since held several strategic roles within the organisation, including Director of New Technologies and Data Protection for Spain, as well as IP Consultant. He also serves as the group’s Data Protection Officer.
