Watson Farley & Williams advises Eranovum on EV charging financing

Watson Farley & Williams has advised Eranovum on a financing granted by Buenavista Equity Partners for the development and operation of a network of 590 electric vehicle charging points across Spain. The transaction is partially backed by funds from the European Investment Bank.

The project includes the rollout of charging infrastructure integrated into urban environments, including locations awarded through municipal tenders as well as sites in retail areas, shopping centres, supermarkets and car parks. The development is aligned with Spain’s Sustainable Mobility Act framework and ongoing expansion of EV infrastructure.
