PwC Tax & Legal hires Andrés Mochales Forero
PwC Tax & Legal has hired Andrés Mochales Forero as a partner in its Corporate-M&A team, led by Jacobo Lavilla Pons.
PwC Tax & Legal announced the appointment on its LinkedIn profile, saying the move is aimed at strengthening a practice area that has continued to grow.
The hire adds senior dealmaking capacity to PwC Tax & Legal’s corporate practice as the firm continues to expand its transactional offering in the Spanish market.
The profile
Mochales Forero joins the firm from A&O Shearman, where he was a senior associate based in Madrid. He has advised corporates, private equity funds and other financial sponsors on cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, co-investments, restructurings and reorganisations, with experience across sectors including infrastructure, energy, aviation, TMT and healthcare.
