Across Legal advises Delfos Energy on seed extension round

Across Legal has advised Delfos Energy, with 1,000 operational energy sites across Europe and closed a €3 million seed extension round.

The funding round included new investment from Vox Capital/COPEL, alongside existing investors Headline, Contrarian Ventures, DOMO VC and EDP Ventures, bringing total capital raised to €10 million. The funds will support Delfos Energy’s continued European expansion and preparation for a Series A round within the next 12–18 months.

Delfos Energy’s platform acts as a continuously operating virtual engineer, using AI to ingest operational data, detect early-stage failures, interpret complex signals, and provide prioritised, actionable recommendations for engineering and operations teams. Unlike traditional monitoring tools, it guides decision-making and improves asset efficiency and reliability across large, distributed fleets.
