Fieldfisher hires Rafael Durán to strengthen Corporate M&A in Madrid
Fieldfisher has hired Rafael Durán as partner, joining its corporate M&A team in Madrid, as the firm’s first lateral hire in Spain in 2026. He joins from Pinsent Masons.
Rafael Durán
Durán has experience advising companies, private equity funds, family offices and real estate investment vehicles on M&A transactions.
The Corporate M&A practice in Spain is led by Rodrigo Martos, managing partner of Fieldfisher, and includes partners Paloma Mato, Pablo Vinageras and Javier Fuentes de Tienda.
Durán has particular experience advising on transactions in the real estate, infrastructure, technology and healthcare sectors.
