Gabriel Salarich joins Barrilero as partner and head of finance

Barrilero has added Gabriel Salarich as partner to lead its banking, finance and capital markets practices. He joins from Pérez-Llorca, where he served as counsel for the past three years.

With more than 18 years of professional experience at other law firms such as Clifford Chance and Ramón y Cajal Abogados, Gabriel Salarich has developed a comprehensive view of the sector, specialising in transactional advice both in the domestic market and in cross-border contexts, states Barrilero.

A graduate in Law and International Relations from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid, Gabriel Salarich has been involved throughout his career in bilateral and syndicated financings, refinancings, debt restructurings and regulatory compliance, among other corporate transactions. In addition, he has advised, within the capital markets sphere, on corporate and high-yield bond issuances, issuance programmes, securitisations, initial public offerings and public takeover bids.
