Pérez-Llorca advises Hotei Properties on €63m hotel sale
Pérez-Llorca has advised Hotei Properties Group Socimi on the sale of the Meliá Bilbao Hotel to Nordeste Properties Socimi for €63 million.
The five-star hotel, located at Lehendakari Leizaola 29 in Bilbao, comprises 210 rooms and offers restaurant facilities, MICE spaces, wellness areas and parking. The property, designed by Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta and recently refurbished, continues to be operated by Meliá Hotels International under a long-term lease agreement.
