GA_P advises banks on €357m Incarlopsa refinancing
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised a pool of 18 banking entities, led by BBVA and Banco Santander, on the reorganisation of €357 million of debt of the Incarlopsa Group, a Spanish pork products industry and the main meat supplier to Mercadona, with revenues exceeding €1 billion.
The transaction involves the restructuring of Incarlopsa Group’s existing liabilities and the granting of new financing under two framework agreements that include long-term debt and credit facilities, with the aim of supporting the group’s strategic growth plan. Gómez-Acebo & Pombo previously advised on the refinancing of the Incarlopsa Group in 2023.
