Ecija promotes Javier Arnaiz Vidella to partner

Ecija has promoted Javier Arnaiz Vidella to partner in its cybersecurity and data protection practice.

Arnaiz Vidella, who will mark nine years at the firm in June, has been a manager in the law firm’s new technologies, cybersecurity, risk and data protection area. His practice focuses on technical and legal risk analysis in national and international projects for public and private sector clients, the implementation of advanced technology projects, and the design of data protection and risk management methodologies. He also advises on GDPR and LOPDGDD compliance, including implementation and audit projects at both organisational and information systems level.

Before joining Ecija, Arnaiz Vidella worked as a new technologies lawyer at Equal Consulting, advising clients on data protection, information society services, cybercrime and technology law. He previously trained at Cremades Calvo Sotelo in the new technologies practice.
