Ontier advises on €32.5 m financing for photovoltaic portfolio in Poland
Ontier advised on the Spanish law aspects of a €32.5 million project financing, granted by Norddeutsche Landesbank (Nord LB) to a Spanish SPV of Sun Investment Group, for the acquisition, construction, and operation of a 32 photovoltaic plants portfolio with a combined capacity of 59 MWp, located in Poland.
Norton Rose Fulbright Munich was the lead counsel to Sun Investment Group, while Norton Rose Fulbright Poland and Tegos Legal, advised the company on Lithuanian law matters. Moreover Dentons advised the lender, Nord LB.
