Ramón y Cajal and DLA Piper advise on €800 m financing for Meliá Hotels International

Ramón y Cajal, serving as legal counsel to Meliá Hotels International, and DLA Piper, supporting the lenders, advised on an € 800 million financing granted to Meliá Hotels International, led by a banking syndicate including coordinating entities Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, CaixaBank, and Banco de Sabadell.
