López-Ibor advises Tradeland Group on stake acquisition

López-Ibor DPM Abogados has advised Tradeland Group on the acquisition of a strategic stake in a UK company specialising in the production of customised cementitious powder blends. The transaction, structured in several tranches, will be carried out through a combination of acquisitions and the execution of capital increases. This investment aims at strengthening Tradeland Group’s presence in the UK market.

Advice to the buyers was provided by the corporate M&A team at López-Ibor Abogados, with the involvement of partner Diego Ferreiro and Clara Martínez Azáceta (both pictured).
