Gabriel Vera Artázcoz becomes Sener’s new secretary of the board

The board of directors of the Sener Group has approved the appointment of Gabriel Vera Artázcoz (pictured) as its new secretary.

Vera Artázcoz will combine the responsibility with serving as secretary to the boards of the group’s main business units, overseeing compliance with corporate obligations across its companies, and providing legal advice on acquisitions and restructurings (M&A), work he has been carrying out to date.

The career at Sener Group

Gabriel Vera Artázcoz joined Sener in 2010, where he worked on contracting projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as on their legal management. Between 2019 and 2024, he served as head of legal for the aerospace and defense division.
